Our beautiful, fully air conditioned vacation villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, pool and spa, situated in the much sought after gated community of Highgate Park on Highway 27 and only minutes away from US192 with its wide range of restaurants and shops including Walmart and Publix. The new Posner Mall is also nearby. Walt Disney World is just a 15 minute drive away. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are only 25 minutes from the villa. Highgate also has its own on site security.
The Villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 people with its two king-sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. The master king-sized bedroom with en-suite opens onto the pool area. The second master king-sized bedroom is also en-suite making this ideal for two families. The remaining two bedrooms share the third bathroom.
The private screened swimming pool with separate luxury spa and outside pool shower has a south facing pool and spa which overlooks a conservation area. For the safety of young children there is a removable pool safety fence. Pool and spa heating can be provided as an optional extra. There is a covered lanai area with ceiling fan and plenty poolside furniture, ideal for you to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine after a busy day at the theme parks or after a round of golf on one of the numerous golf courses (Champions Gate Golf Resort is only 8 minutes from the villa).
The fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area has everything you need. A full sized washing machine and drier are also provided in a separate utility area. There is cable TV in all the rooms, also CD and DVD players in the spacious open plan living area, with a Playstation 2 in one of the twin bedrooms. Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey and Darts is also provided for your enjoyment. An in-room safe, cot, highchair and stroller are also available for your use free of charge.
